How to make rendang beef :
- Piece of meat that has been cleared into several sections.
- Boil coconut milk along with spices that have been processed, add the leaves (orange leaf) and asam kandis.
- Stir continuously until the milk thickens and does not break.
- If the stew has produced oil, put the meat into the stew of coconut milk and spices.
- stir continuously with a small stove flame if the milk has begun to blend with the meat. do stirring until the meat becomes brown.
- When finished, you can serve the desired portion.
More Tips :
Don’t leave the milk without stirring, because it will render the
coconut milk broken. If the coconut milk is broken, then food will end up
spoiled.
Do not cut the meat too bold, because it will be difficult
for the flavor to absorbed and the meat will become too thick.
